We recently had the pleasure of carrying out re-roofing in Otley to this lovely 150-year-old cottage property on Mount Pisgah in the heart of Otley.

This terraced cottage property also benefited from the installation of our Eco-roof, roof insulation which is the perfect choice for insulating the roofs of older properties.

The existing garage roof was also stripped of its old felt covering and replaced with a new, modern EDPM membrane.

Listened to our concerns and worked hard to accommodate them, was able to source other trades for required preliminary (non-roofing) works (which I had been unable to do). The personnel on site gave excellent customer care - informing us of progress & issues, were very thoughtful, respected the building type and style, took a lot of care and worked very hard and very well together. We were lucky with the weather & everything happened according to the original timetabled plan.

Team manged to fit in a renovation for a sandstone roof. The guys worked hard through challenging weather conditions and kept the place waterproof throughout. Firendly, cordial team tha tkept us updated throughout. Second job in a short time, and would use them again if I had another roof!

Excellent company. Well managed. The team are very polite and extremely hard working. They even sent a window cleaner around afterward to clean the windows after the roof was done who also wiped the doors and ledges. Highly recommend!
